  • My item(s) arrived damaged, what are my next steps?
    Within 48 hours of receiving your order, please take a photo of the damaged item. Send an email to Raispirelifestyle@gmail with the photo and your order number so that we can exchange the item or issue store credit. I will send you a shipping label to send the damaged item back to me at no cost to you.
  • When do I receive my store credit?
    Store credit will be issued to you within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once your return has been processed, your store credit will be issued. You will receive a personalized store credit code at the email you provided during checkout. Please check your email inbox as well as the spam folders for this code.
  • What are my shipping methods?
    After your order is processed, USPS will calculate shipping rates and estimated arrival based on your location. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES Are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination location, in real time. USPS Priority Mail (1 - 3 Business Days) USPS Express (Overnight) Free Priority Mail shipping on all orders $75 dollars or more! INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES Are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination location, in real time. USPS First-Class Package International (10 - 15 Business Days) USPS Priority Mail International (6 - 10 Business Days) USPS Priority Mail Express International (3 - 5 Business Days) For International shipping, RaiSpire Lifestyle covers the cost of transport and delivery of packages. Custom duties and taxes are not covered and are the responsibility of the recipient. Failure to pay those fees can result in your package returning to RaiSpire Lifestyle. You will be notified, issued a store credit equaling your subtotal, minus shipping fee. RaiSpire Lifestyle shall not be held responsible for delays in shipping due to unclaimed packages, incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.   • What is RaiSpire Lifestyle's return policy?
    Online returns are easy. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from RaiSpire Lifestyle you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item for either an exchange or an online store credit. ​​ *Please Note: All purchases of sale items are FINAL. RSL does not accept returns for items in the sale category. A store credit will be issued on any balance differences, less a restocking fee of 15-20%. You will receive an e-gift card at the email provided during checkout. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. We do not accept any returns that have visible sign of wear, stains, or use. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.   • My discount code isn't working, what can I do?
    We are sorry that you are having trouble using your discount code. Make sure you check on some things: 1. Is the code expired? 2. Has this discount already been applied? If the code still doesn't work for you, please email us immediately so that we can fix this issue for you,
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
  • How is Sizing?
    Please see the size charts associated with each product. If you are still unsure, feel free to reach out to me to confirm! Note* Due to construction of fabrics, some items have a tighter fit.
